Terms of Service
Welcome to Babasmmpanel. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By placing order on our platform you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service weather you read them or not, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of Service
Our platform provides digital marketing services to enhance the visibility of your social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
By using our services, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any negative impacts on your social media accounts, such as suspension or content removal.
2. Service Limitations
While we aim to deliver the followers or likes you purchase, we cannot guarantee engagement, activity, or authenticity from these users.
Some followers may lack profile pictures, bios, or uploaded content. Ensure your content complies with the terms of the respective social media platforms to avoid issues.
We do not accept the promotion of pornographic, hateful, gambling websites/social media accounts. If you do so, you are the responsible.
3. Service Speed
We do not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and we will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
We are trying hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we believe it necessary to complete an order
4. Refill Policy
At Babasmmpanel, we offer refills on selected services only. Please note the following important guidelines:
- Refill requests are typically processed within 0–48 hours. However, in some cases, it may take several days or even weeks depending on service type, quantity, or technical issues.
- Refills are not available for partial orders.
- Refill eligibility is based on the start count at the time of your order. If your profile/page drops below that initial count due to previous losses, we cannot offer a refill.
- We request your patience—please wait for our response before submitting multiple refill requests.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
5. Orders Execution
Do not use multiple services simultaneously for the same link (on this website or other). If you want to use multiple services for the same link, please wait for the first order to reach [Completed], [Canceled], or [Partial] status; otherwise, no cancellation will be made, and both orders will be marked as [Completed]. In this case, we cannot provide an accurate number of followers, likes, views, etc. We will not refund for the mentioned orders.
We do not provide any guarantees regarding the speed, timing, or profile views of the services. All numbers and information mentioned in the description are purely statistical in nature. Service descriptions related to timing or profile views are only estimations concerning the time and profile views. There is no guarantee for how long it will take for your order to be completed with which profiles.
6. Refund Policy
Payments made on www.babasmmpanel.com are non-refundable unless we fail to deliver the service as promised.
Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded after they are placed, except under exceptional circumstances. Refunds are not provided for orders placed to private or incorrect accounts.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected during the order process is securely encrypted and stored on our servers. We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties.
8. Prohibited Activities
Using stolen credit cards or engaging in fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited. Additionally, using multiple servers simultaneously for the same account may result in service delivery issues, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you are found engaging in fraudulent activities or violating our Terms of Service.
10. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
